Boxing is a great full body workout, and exercising in a Hot Room makes it that much more beneficial.
This course is taught in a small group which allows for interaction with the instructor. This workout will test your physical endurance, strength, and will power to focus in a grueling atmosphere. Members of this class will work on flexibility, boxing, coordination, and core strength.
Classes are held:
tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm
wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm
Saturdays from 8:00-9:00 am and 9:30 – 10:30 am
Due to small class sizes, preregistration is required.
Classes are $25 each or 10 for 180.00.
