Semi private training provides for maximum of 2 clients per trainer.
Sessions are one hour in length.
Typically sessons begin witha light warm up follwed by a ever-changing mix of cardio-drills. After cardio you’ll move into the ring for pad work with your trainer.
Pad work provides both an extension of your cardio workout as well as an opportunity to learn boxing skills from a real boxer.
Following ring-time your training session may include additional cardio drills, heavy bag work, speed bag work and generally concludes with a thorough
abdomonal work out.
Free Lessons do not expire. Free Lessons may be used by you or a guest at anytime
